GENERAL INFORMATION
Ticket terms and conditions
1. Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned after purchase. If you you have bought a ticket and cannot make it then please feel free to sell your tickets on our Facebook page (benfest20) Tickets cannot be sold for more than face value.
2. The right of admission is reserved.
3. Management reserve the right to alter or, in the event of adverse weather conditions, to curtail or cancel the performance.
4. Lost tickets cannot not be replaced.
5. No pets are permitted on site unless used for a disability.
6. No glass is allowed on site.
7. Strictly no fireworks, flares, smoke bombs or open fires on site.
8. Management reserve the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and to vary the programme if necessary.
9. You must cooperate with the challenge 25 alcohol purchasing policy.
10. The Ben Morse Foundation will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.
11. No unauthorized sound systems are permitted on site.
12. Gates open for Benfest 20at 12:00pm, due to licensing laws the headline act must finish at 10:00pm, all ticket holders must make their way out of the festival site and make their journeys away as soon as the final act has finished.
13. People who have parking passed cannot leave their cars in the car park overnight after the event, the car park strictly closes at 11:30pm, and any cars not removed from the car park at this point will be towed away.
14. Anyone that is caught with a controlled substance or "legal highs" will be evicted from the site and reported to the Police immediately.
15. Children 12 years and under who have child ticket holders must arrive with a parent
or guardian age 21+.
16. Child tickets are for young people within the specified age range as of 02/05/2020.
17. If the weather is wet, ground conditions in some areas will be
puddled or muddy. It is the ticket holders responsibility to be prepared
for the ground conditions. Wear clothes/shoes appropriate for ground
conditions. In the event of poor weather move around the site with
caution.
18. The use of Drones are prohibited and will be confiscated.
19. The disabled viewing area is only available to disabled patrons and their
carers. Due to space limitations and in order to ensure that we can
accommodate everyone who applies, we cannot allow non-disabled persons
who are not the immediate carers into this area.
20. Further terms and conditions apply to the purchase of benfest tickets in regards to refunds etc. Please read the terms and conditions carefully on the ticket purchase site that you are redirected too when purchasing tickets for benfest (thelittleboxoffice) which explain all terms and conditions in the event of benfest being cancelled or rescheduled. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY.
SAFETY
Prohibited Items
- Drugs - We operate a zero tolerance drugs policy. Anyone found in possession of drugs will be reported to the police and removed from the festival
- Fires and Disposable BBQs
- Glass
- Pyrotechnics
- Flares
- Nitros
- Marquees
- Gazebos
- Any offensive weapons including pen-knives
Security
We have security and stewards who are there for your protection, their purpose is to keep the festival safe so that everyone can enjoy the festival as much as possible. Please co-operate with them. The site fencing is in place to protect everyone at the event. Tampering with it is forbidden and may result in ejection from the event.
Pyrotechnics
As of April 2017, changes in legislation under the policing and crime act 2017 means that anyone found guilty of possessing Pyrotechnics (Flares, Fireworks, Smoke Bombs etc) at a music festival could face up to 3 months in prison. Please do not bring them to the festival under any circumstances.
Alcohol Policy
In order to support our fantastic local bars who are supporting our event, we operate a no alcohol can be brought onto site policy. Alcohol purchased at the festival can also not be taken outside of the festival site grounds.
Drugs Policy
We operate a zero tolerance drugs policy, anyone caught in possession of drugs will be removed from the festival and the police will be informed.
Personal Welfare
Admission to the event is at the ticket
holders risk. The Ben Morse Foundation and the premises license holder will
not be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at the
event. This includes damage or theft to vehicles that are parked at our on site car park.
Adverse Weather
Benfest is situated on Greenfield Land, as such conditions during adverse weather may become hazardous. Please ensure you bring appropriate footwear and clothing to cater for the possibility of wet, muddy and slippy conditions.
